I just received my watch, and it isn’t working. What should I do?

First, check for a small plastic stopper in the crown (often red or clear) this is a battery saver. Gently remove it, set your time, and push the crown all the way in so it sits flush against the case.

Still not ticking? Reach out to our support team and we’ll help guide you from there.

How do I remove links from my watch?

You have two options:

  • Visit a trusted local jeweler or watch repair technician.
  • Submit a form to send to our service team for professional sizing.

Please note: Customers are responsible for shipping costs if sizing is done through our studio.

Can you size my watch before shipping it out?

At this time, we do not offer pre-shipping sizing. However, once your timepiece arrives, you’re welcome to send it to us with your sizing preferences, we’ll take care of the rest.

My battery is dead. Can I get a replacement?

If you’re in the U.S., we’re happy to send you a complimentary replacement battery. Simply request a battery and include your model number (found on the back of the watch typically four digits followed by a letter, e.g., 1746a). We recommend having the battery installed by a professional jeweler or technician.
