Domestic (US Only)We understand that sometimes the piece you chose isn&#x2019;t quite the one. We accept returns of unworn watches in original condition (including all links) within 14 days of delivery. A $10 return fee applies, which covers the cost of the return label. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method and exclude initial shipping charges. International ReturnsWe welcome returns from our international community. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for watches in original, unworn condition (including all links). A return fee applies and will vary by region to cover the cost of international shipping and customs documentation. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method and exclude initial shipping charges ExchangesAt this time, we are unable to process direct exchanges. If your selection wasn&#x2019;t quite right, simply return your item for a refund and place a new order at your convenience.

Returning a gift:<ul style=" text-decoration: none;"><li>A refund can only be granted to the original purchaser.</li><li>Proof of purchase, such as a copy of the original sales receipt or packing slip invoice, is required for reimbursement of the full purchase price (less original shipping charges).</li><li>Refunds will always be made in the form of the original payment.</li></ul>
