Our Promise

All BREDA timepieces come with a 2 year warranty that covers any manufacturer defects related to the movement. While our watches are built with intention and care, this warranty does not cover wear and tear from daily use.

Should your watch fall within the warranty window, we will repair or replace it at no additional cost. Repairs outside the warranty may incur a service fee.

Please include a note describing the issue. While you’re responsible for shipping costs, we handle all in-warranty repairs. Once complete, we’ll send you an invoice for return shipping—just pay online and we’ll send your timepiece back your way.

Water Resistance

Our watches are water-resistant, not waterproof. They’re designed to handle life’s light splashes (like washing hands or rain), but we recommend avoiding full submersion.

What does your warranty cover?

All BREDA timepieces are protected by a two year warranty that covers movement-related manufacturing defects. If your watch experiences a covered issue, we’ll repair it or send a replacement if needed.

Please note the following is not covered by our warranty. : 

  • Defects and damages due to normal wear and tear and aging (minor scratches on the case and/or crystal, loss of plating due to wear).
  • Battery Replacement
  • Defects and damages due to loss, theft, fire, or natural disaster.
  • Wear outside of stated water resistance.
  • Damage caused by improper use or accidents.
  • Warranty service performed by anyone other than BREDA.
  • Accessories are not included under warranty.


Are BREDA watches waterproof?

Our timepieces are water-resistant, not waterproof. They’re crafted to withstand splashes from washing your hands, getting caught in the rain but not submersion or extended exposure to water.
