Our PromiseAll BREDA timepieces come with a 2 year warranty that covers any manufacturer defects related to the movement. While our watches are built with intention and care, this warranty does not cover wear and tear from daily use. Should your watch fall within the warranty window, we will repair or replace it at no additional cost. Water ResistanceOur watches are water-resistant, not waterproof. They&#x2019;re designed to handle life&#x2019;s light splashes (like washing hands or rain), but we recommend avoiding full submersion. They&#x2019;re crafted to withstand splashes from washing your hands, getting caught in the rain but not submersion or extended exposure to water.

If your watch needs repair, we make the process simple. This guide explains how to submit your timepiece and what to expect along the way.

How do I send in my watch for repair?The process is effortless:<ol><li style="font-size: 16px;">Complete the <a href="https://www.breda.com/pages/warranty-and-repairs?srsltid=AfmBOoqeCAgU9UGliIAMq7bymrX9tJIJb8lfvG7AICl_fRMU2DwrYarK" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">repair form</a>.</li><li style="font-size: 16px;">Include a note describing the issue.</li><li style="font-size: 16px;">Package your watch securely in a bubble mailer or box and ship it using a carrier of your choice. We will not be responsible for items that arrived damaged so please ensure it is packaged securely.&#xA0;</li></ol>We recommend skipping the original packaging and using a compact box to minimize shipping costs. While you&#x2019;ll cover shipping to and from our service center, we take care of the repair itself (if covered under warranty). Cost transparency will be provided if not covered under warranty. Once your watch is repaired, we&#x2019;ll email an invoice for return shipping. You&#x2019;ll receive tracking info as soon as the invoice is paid. How long does a watch repair take? Our team does their best to have most repairs completed within two weeks of receipt. If your piece requires special parts or further attention, we&#x2019;ll be in touch with updated timelines. Do you sell watch bands? Yes, we offer replacement bands starting at $15. Submit a&#xA0;<a href="https://breda.gorgias.help/en-US/contact" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">contact us</a><a href="https://bredawatch-jnuyrsqwd0s.gorgias.help/en-US/contact" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">&#xA0;</a>with your desired band and watch model number (you&#x2019;ll find it behind the caseback and it will start with four numbers and end with a letter, e.g., 1746a) and we&#x2019;ll check availability.
