My Order Has Not ArrivedUpdated 2 months ago
My package says “delivered” but I don’t have it.
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you can’t find it within 48 hours of the delivered date, you should:
- Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation.
- Look for a notice of attempted delivery
- Look around the delivery location for your package
- Check with neighbors, family members, or apartment front desk
- Check your mailbox or any other location you receive mail, as some packages travel through multiple carriers and may deliver to a mailbox instead of your front door
- Wait 48 hours, in some cases packages may say delivered up to 48 hours prior to arrival
BREDA is not responsible for missing packages. However, if you believe the package has been stolen or misplaced, you may file a claim with FedEx directly or contact us.
I received only part of my order—where’s the rest?
No need to worry. If your order included multiple items and one was a pre-order item, we likely shipped what’s ready first. Please reach out with your order number and we’ll confirm the status of the remaining items.
My order was delivered to the wrong address. Can I get a replacement?
It is important that you review your shipping details carefully before submitting your order. BREDA cannot take responsibility for packages sent to incorrectly entered addresses.
If your order was just placed (within the hour), please contact us right away. If it has already shipped, you will be responsible for reaching out to the carrier to explore rerouting options.
