Can I cancel or make any order changes?&#xA0;At BREDA we process orders quickly, which means we are unable to cancel or make any changes to an order once it has been placed. What to do if your tracking says delivered but you can’t locate the package, or if your order hasn’t shown up when expected. Plus guidance on how we handle missing deliveries

My package says &#x201C;delivered&#x201D; but I don&#x2019;t have it. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you can&#x2019;t find it within 48 hours of the delivered date, you should:<ul style=" text-decoration: none;"><li><div style=" text-decoration: none;" id="isPasted"><div dir="ltr">Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation.</div></div></li><li>Look for a notice of attempted delivery</li><li>Look around the delivery location for your package</li><li>Check with neighbors, family members, or apartment front desk</li><li>Check your mailbox or any other location you receive mail, as some packages travel through multiple carriers and may deliver to a mailbox instead of your front door</li><li>Wait 48 hours, in some cases packages may say delivered up to 48 hours prior to arrival</li></ul>BREDA is not responsible for missing packages. Please reach out with your order number and we&#x2019;ll confirm the status of the remaining items. My order was delivered to the wrong address. Can I get a replacement?It is important that you review your shipping details carefully before submitting your order. BREDA cannot take responsibility for packages sent to incorrectly entered addresses.
