Q: What is your holiday return policy?
We’ve extended our return window for the season! Orders placed between November 26 – December 25 are eligible for return through January 16, 2026 (must be in original unworn condition).
Q: How do I cancel or change my order?
During the holiday season, we receive a high volume of orders. Cancellations and address changes are handled in the order they are received. Once your order is being processed, we may not be able to make changes. To improve your chances of a successful modification, please contact our support team as soon as possible.
Q: My package says “Returned to Sender” (RTS). What happens next?
Our team will process RTS packages as quickly as possible, but please allow additional time during the holidays due to higher volumes. Contact our support team for further assistance.
Q: I’m having trouble reaching customer service — what should I do?
Our team is diligently working to respond to all inquiries promptly. During peak periods, please anticipate a response within 1-2 business days.
